Our Love Story
Where we met
We met through a mutual friend about 12 years ago and became really close friends. We started hanging out more and more and well the rest is history!
First Date
Kevin had asked me if I wanted to go on a "real date" instead of our regular hang outs. We went to the Mongolian grill for dinner. After dinner he took me to a small local "zoo" and we wandered around while I was looking at all the cute animals! After, he toured me all around the University of Guelph grounds because I think neither of us wanted to end the night!
Engagement
Kevin planned a mini weekend getaway for just the two of us. We went to The Millcroft Inn where we had a beautiful room with a loft and our own personal Hot tub! He booked us couple’s massages and had also made reservations at the restaurant where we ate an amazing dinner! We went for a walk after dinner and he found a chair under a tree that was lit up and we were just talking and then he proceeded to ask me if I would marry him! I cried and of course said yes! It was the perfect moment!
